Booking Information
- A deposit of £50 is required within 3 days to secure your booking. The full balance is due six weeks prior to your stay.If you need to cancel with less than six weeks notice, we will do our best to let the property and refund your payment less the deposit. We will be unable to refund you if we cannot secure another booking, and suggest you take out your own cancellation insurance.In the event that WE have to cancel your stay, we will refund you the full payment.
- Included in the price of your holiday is full oil fired central heating, electricity, gas, logs, bed linen, towels (if required) and tea towels. No hidden extras to worry about!
- Owing to the situation of Horry Mill it is essential that small children are supervised when outside.
- We do have a few steps in the cottage, please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues.
- Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
- We support the Shop at the end of the Universe in Winkleigh, however, major super markets do deliver here.
- We welcome two dogs by prior arrangement.
- Dogs should not be left in the house unattended.
- Arrivals – after 4 pm please (we will be here to meet you)
